Field Notes is an all-day café designed for connection, creativity, and moments of pause. Beginning each morning with Onyx coffee and handmade pastries and carrying through to evenings with casual plates and wines, the café opens directly onto the promenade, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow perfect for gatherings, people-watching, or fueling up before hitting the trails.

Field Notes is led by Café Manager Glo Echevarria, who brings an abundance of warmth expertise to Bentonville’s newest café.
